FYI if you're looking to play blackout, let someone from CPT host. Don't ask me who, what or why but CPT hosts (not all) seem to have better routing and tend to find games a lot better. The games will be EU. As I said years ago when BR's started gaining traction; Local servers? lol

And did you find games? I played blackout for about 4 hours tonight. There were a few different quads lobbies going. All games filled up over 80 players

It seems like they've finally started fixing what they originally broke (it's still not even close to 100%, or the state it was in before that Oct 23 patch, however).

The interesting new wrinkle in the story is that it appears the servers only spin up around 8:30pm-9:15pm in the evenings. Because of the changes they made with that Nov 2 patch, it might very well be that it now depends on the amount of SA people actively searching for a game, before it spins up a few instances on the server. Not sure what the minimum number is though - might be 20, 30, 50. I haven't had any luck with solo or duo games myself - but it's been much easier to find quad games (on PC).

Though, I know of quite a few people who still can't even get into matches during peak time (if they aren't partied up with someone who can), so there's still a ways to go before this self-inflicted mess is sorted for everyone.

hahaha I'm just being a sore loser because I was getting my ass handed to me >.< Played blackout before that match and the tempo of the two game modes is so different it takes me a while to adjust back to the quick pace of TDM

You sure your ports (specially I believe 3074) are open? You've probably been suggested this before but this game relies heavily on the party leader having open ports for it to work. Someone else recently only started finding games after contacting his ISP to open ports, then he was able become a host and find games. (Also even if you have port forwarded make sure the port is addressable, as sometimes it's an ISP or routing error and the port isn't actually open)

I don't play blackout myself. But I know since they fixed the matchmaking for us there have been a few concurrent blackout games daily (from about 2 days ago or so whenever it was fixed).



Also replying to the others, you will find some games (MP) where the entire enemy team just plays like asshats, particularly with snipers as they the easiest, but most games go well.... Snipers are 1 thing I don't touch in the game, they aren't fun.

Yes Hunble Bundle is good to go.
Its a blizzard key so will activate in any region.

Personally bought 2 keys from them and worked without a hitch.

When I search for games I cannot join any South Africa games or servers. On multiplayer I default to European games with pings over 200. And I can’t even find a blackout game. If I join a friends lobby, and he searches, he can find a game instantly whether it is multiplayer or blackout.

I have done all port forwarding, router and windows firewall. I have tried two different routers as well with the same problem.

(This May have been happening with world war 2 as well as I could never find a South African game there either).

Mines been working perfectly all week even won my first quads game last night was hella fun!

It might of been because I changed my nat port to the 3074 that is mentioned in the info section of the game?
