So this is the giveaway that was promised in THIS thread. As promised, a set of 6 CUD Coasters are up for grabs.

To qualify for the giveaway, all you have to do is suggest something that we should 3d print to sell on Carbonite. Preferably with a link please. Also, silly suggestions will not be counted 🤡
All suggestions that are viable will be added to "The List" (just a CSV file) and a random winner will be selected. It could be you! It could be your mom!

VIP Members automatically get DOUBLE entries. Why? Because they carry the freeloaders and their shoulders are getting tired.

Some examples of silly suggestions:
  • @KURT_COCAIN 's schlong (nobody wants to buy that)
  • Dickbutts
  • Ok, pretty much anything involving a phallus
  • Nostril plugs (useful, but not profitable)
  • EFF Logos in the shape of a 💩
  • That's enough for now, this list can grow as the freaks come out
My suggestion would obviously be these coasters. If we get the blessing of the owner, for each coaster sold a percentage will be sent to the Carb Paypal account. They can decide the price :)

FYI
--------

Something like this might be cool, slap your wireless headphones on it, and store the dongle in the same place.

Headphone stands
Carbonite coasters
A tow truck towing a Seat with the number plate "Ageless_ZA"
A belt-clip with slots for Vape Batteries so I can reload like John Wick
One of those stands for your phone, watch, airpods so I can put all my stuff in the same place for neatness.

@Dropforg3d how well does 3D printed material deal with heat? Is a 3D printed coffee mug an option or would it melt or transfer too much heat into the handle or be poisonous or something?

This goes a bit into the theoretical and speculative stuff, but generally you don't want to print something that will be in constant contact with food. Altough PETG and SBS are both considered food safe, 3d printing results in layer lines and holes and whatnot where food can get stuck in, resulting in bacteria breeding like Brakpan cousins. Minor contact like cookie cutters are obviously fine.

PETG and ABS can handle relative heat though and is even good to use in cars, but PLA is terrible for heat.

Check out the can coozies though, there are some wicked designs like beer steins for your Monster or Castle Light

Thanks for the info.

A keychain would be awesome actually. Make it a wizard rabbit in a robe holding his long staff.

Or just like a Carb logo. Either one.

Psu Cable combs
