Support Cant log into carb lost my backup codes

Good day,

I got a new phone yesterday and forgot to backup my backup verification code and therefore am unable to log into carb on any of my devices or browses since it ask for a verification code.

Would you be able to reset my account so that i can re-do the 2step verification process?
