Support Cannot log in to my account due to authenticator app

It says that I need to get a code from an authenticator app but I do not remember what I used for the 2 factor log in.
I tried to just make another account but it got rejected due to duplicate accounts.
Can you just tell me what must I do if I do boy have access to the authenticator app?
