Cannot get into BIOS on new machine

Evening all,

I got my new machine today, and when I first booted in to install windows I got into BIOS just fine, now for some reason I cannot access it at all. Not through restart or shutdown. Any recommendations?

if you need system specs, but I don't think you would:

Z390 ITX
8700K
Vega 64
Seasonic 750w

Could you be a bit more specific on the motherboard?
There are a number of Z390 ITX boards out there...

Check that the ram and CPU is properly seated.
Sometimes it feels correctly seated but might be out lightly and can disconnect by small vibration.

Another check after that unplug the power from the wall and hold the power button to drain all the caps from power and leave it for a minute.
Then restart.
I know with AMD if you put a new CPU, on first start it will go on and off and then 2nd run it will take a long time before it goes through for IOS or bios while it is configuring RAM,CPU Clock, Boot sequence ect.....

On some machines it gets set to a version of "fast boot" where it skips giving you the option to go to UEFI setup. There should be a way from Windows 10: How to Boot into UEFI Directly from Windows 10 - Make Tech Easier

Otherwise you could try press F11 to go through the boot menu instead.

Was fast boot doing quick mafs.
