Kindly note that i would like to cancel my reseller subscription effective 01 March 2021
I have contacted paypal and they have advised that i should contact carbonite directly

Good afternoon mate,

That's not correct. It's a recurring payment from PayPal's side. You should log into your account and cancel it in there. It'll then automatically lapse on our side.
