May as well begin this one too.

I'm going to advise than we don't discuss PEDs too much on here as I don't know that that topic really has a place on Carb.

I'd be curious to see posts asking for advice and generally discussing your own competition preps, or any past/upcoming shows (pro or amateur).

Let's have a go at this guys.

Will sub since I am getting overweight, but right now I have nothing to say - keen to see the discussions though

@Dom - what progress have you had lately?

Not good with my gym but the stress + anxiety is making me eat less but have definitely lost some gains.

Maybe I may as well ask here

@affxct - I weigh 83kg, 178cm, size 34 waist - I look proportioned, but with a terrible stomach and it keeps growing!
I don't plan on dedicating to a gym or anything for the time being but I do have access to bars I can do pull-ups on etc

In order to lose the belly I need to apparently do cardio
Would jogging be good enough for me to get started?
I'm quite unfit so I want to at least get started somewhere

Any advice appreciated :)

*I also have 2 x 15kg plates somewhere, and an E-Z bar with a straight bar - I just haven't seen it in a few years (think I borrowed to someone and it never came back - it might still be at home though - if that's fine I can use that too, just to get myself going)

Try to eat less - a calorie deficit will help.

Unfortunately , as the others said, diet is the main thing here. Good diet and 30 mins of cardio a day, is a good start. Walking, jogging, cycle , hiking etc.

I play premier club rugby, gym hard 4/5 times a week, surf on and off , do 20 Mins cardio everyday I don't have rugby practice or matches and I struggle to get rid of my last stubborn stomach fat, but that's due to not meal prepping and quite a bit of beer haha.

Diet is by far the most difficult part in my opinion, but having said that, every diet is different. I'm trying to gain / maintain muscle and loose fat ,so I have to have high calories, but obviously the good calories, which isn't always possible, and no I will never juice.

182cm, 97kg, 32 waist

@affxct @clmartin1314 @Dom -- thanks gents. Diet is important. I should call my endocrinologist then since a calorie deficit as a diabetic would mean I need to monitor my insulin intake VERY carefully (avoid hypoglycemia)

I'm excited to get started :)

Thanks again guys

Eish, yeah that's definitely a factor. Uhm there was a bodybuilding named Jason Poston. He was a diabetic, but he stayed shredded pretty much year round and used to do relatively well on IFBB Pro Men's Physique. I guess what I'm saying is that it can definitely be done.
