Orders for now are CLOSED. I might run another order in a month or so, since I'm going hunting again at the end of the season. It won't be impala then, possibly Blue Wildebeest so better meat for the table, but we'll have to wait and see.

Alrighty, so this is the week. Saturday my Impala shoot is coming up. Going to be having a few guns, so hopefully we'll get what we need.

I had a pretty uneventful hunt this weekend as well. Was looking for a kudu cow for a friend, but came up a bit short. Saw plenty, but no kudu cows. Alas.

I asked the farmer and he said R1k per kg. He loves them, doesn't want them shot (like his Nyalas). Dunno why, but it's not really something I'll look into shooting either. You get impala and blesbuck for cheaper.

I know where he is coming from, they're one of my favourite animals. Also don't allow people to shoot them here. Lol 1k a kg would definitely scare anybody off. The last auction I went to they were going for about 6500-8000 bucks each

Yeah his price was just to scare off hunters. He likes them as well. I find them fascinating creatures. About the size of impala, maybe a bit more, but so much more awake and smart, and aware of their surroundings. Love them!

Guys, I have some news. To the ones who ordered fresh meats, I'm going to try organise some kudu for you. It's better eating across the board. It'll also increase my biltong supply, so let's see how it goes.
