According to the Barrow website (see link) this will fit on the founders edition 1070,1070ti,1080,1080ti since they all have the same pcb. From visual inspection I would believe them but I can only guarantee a fit on a 1080ti founders edition, so if you buy it for any other founders edition do so at your own discretion.

The stock backplate can work on it you just have to use the original 4mm hex screws from your stock Nvidia cooler, I have not been able to test this since I don't have a 4mm hex socket but according to the forums it does

This will also work on custom cards that use the default nvidia pcb layout (Galax gtx 1080ti EXOC, Asus Turbo etc.)
