Support Banned Account

Hi, I would like to request my account get unbanned as the basis for the ban is invalid. I was banned for vouching for a friend who was selling a laptop at the time, and was marked for having duplicate accounts when this simply was not the case. Please direct me as to the steps to be taken to verify my identity and have my account unbanned.

@ArkhamKnight send me a copy of your ID, and a copy of Aqeel_Moolla's ID. Also send me both your cellphone numbers, via PM.

Oh, and while you're at it, send me a copy of the above for the @Anarchy_ account as well.

Because as I see it, the @Aqeel_Moolla account tried to sell a bunch of Dell laptops on here. The account for flagged and warned for requiring a Reseller subscription, after which he stopped trying to sell Dell laptops.

Queue the @Anarchy_ account. I banned the account for selling the same laptops, again without a Reseller subscription. In hindsight, I should have banned the Aqeel_Moolla account as well. Either way, after the ban, guess what happened?

@ArkhamKnight account pops up, selling the same laptops. And that's not the only similarities in the accounts, so please, explain to me how it's not all 3 your accounts, and you're trying to get out of paying the Reseller fee?

Hi @Toxxyc, looking back you are 100% right - I did give my friend the login to my account, completely unaware that the basis of the ban was reseller fees. In hindsight I should not have given him my account in the first place and I can see now that the basis of my ban was valid. My intention was to use this forum as intended, not resell and break the rules. Please feel free to maintain the ban and deactivate this account - I can not speak for the others, they are not mine.

Here's the thing - I don't believe you. Over the course of 6 months the same cell number was used on all three of those accounts. You even mentioned "your friend" on your account, offering laptops for sale and pointing people to him. You KNEW his account was banned, but you still gave him access to Carbonite to continue doing what he's been doing, and for which he was banned - TWICE.
