Support Ban Appeal

Hi there. I am recently new to carbonite and I was looking to sell some of my pc parts. I got a warning at first which I can understand because I was posting on a public forums.

But then I got banned because I was sending people messages advertising my item. I didn't know you could get banned for just messaging people in private.
I saw people with the [Wanted] prefix next to the items they wanted, so I sent them a message letting them know that I have it available.

I apologize for this as I did not know it was a punishable offence. Is there some way I am able to get unbanned? I am going to buy the [Reseller] tab as soon as I'm unbanned.
