After my reply to the ad, Mika said both cards were sold but he had an extra one available (OCT 23). I paid on that day. On OCT 28 I asked for an update as I expected the card to be with me already. I was told he was 'cleaning the cards' and it would be sent on Friday (OCT 30). On Friday I get a WhatsApp message to say that the card was 'misrouted' and will be dispatched again today. NOV 4th I again ask for an update as if the card was dispatched it should be with me. He gave me a story about having complaints on the cards and not wanting to sell faulty cards. Fair enough, it doesn't really explain why I'm still waiting for delivery but we then decided on a refund (NOV 6). NOV 9 I had to AGAIN ask for an update on the refund and was told he would do it for sure on NOV 10 in the afternoon with 'immediate payment'. Again nothing and I told him it needs to be in by 5pm today and have still heard nothing as yet.

To be honest I don't care too much about the legitimacy of the seller or his stories - but either way this is not how you do business. @Mika786 please refund me ASAP!
 
Hi just saw this guys. Sorry lost access to my old WhatsApp so unfortunately can’t receive anything there. Had a bad run with those cards indeed tried to keep open communications in this regard as much as possible. Will handle the refund today (oct 12) no probs

@venom2011 a simple message on carb would’ve been cool since it slipped my mind after losing my WhatsApp nevertheless will inbox you here once it’s paid today, and yes indeed those cards gave me a huge headache and not worth running away with the money and my reputation. Apologies bro hope there aren’t any hard feelings 👍
 
@venom2011 can you please confirm if you have received the request for banking details on carbonite pm ? if not can you please send your banking details via pm for the refund.

@Mika786 i am not really sure i understand your issue with accessing whatsapp messages on the number that @venom2011 has but may you guys resolve the issue via carb pm.

I will wait for the feedback
 
He had sent me his account details on my WhatsApp number the day I said I would do the refund, I lost access to that account. I requested for the account details again after seeing the bad review left for me. I hope that clears it @ScorpioMan86
 
You need to be more open and clear with your customers, @Mika786. This is the second buyer I've heard from that says you "misrouted" his goods after payment. Makes me doubt the legitimacy of that claim as well.

Good for sorting it out. Next time rather say "the cards are giving shit, I don't want to send it to you, rather let me refund you". Much better.

Thanks for your response. I’ve had some issues with my logistics thats for sure, working on improving that and thanks again for the platform to work with. Apologies for any inconvenience caused 👍
