Description of Bad Deal: Ok I hate doing this but here's my story:
May 7: I have purchased keys from seller before and have him on Whatsapp, so sent a message asking for 2 more office pro 2019 keys. Also send a pm on carb to inform him that I did send a whatsapp. He responded with what type of key did I need, I responded on May 8 and he sent a thumbs up.
May 10: No response so I messaged again on Whatsapp asking for bank details. Payment was made and proof of payment sent via Whatsapp, and via email to Sellers mail address.
May 11: Requested feedback on Whatsapp, pm on Carb and email. Seller responded that keys will be sent later that day.
May 12: No response so sent Whatsapp again requesting the keys, also asked if he received proof and if I can do anything on my side to fast track the keys, this was at 9am. Received response 12pm saying he sent it but didn't go through, I checked Carb and nothing received.
May 17: Sent Whatsapp again at 9:14am requesting keys, it is now 10:45, message is read, Arise is online, but radio silence.
The reason I need this sorted is it's for laptops that we got for work, and the Office trials have expired - no work can be done, I am responsible by work for taking a short cut. I know it's my fault and I shouldn't have been a cheapskate, but I've learned my lesson. Mods please step in.
