Description of Bad Deal: Failure to provide goods after providing proof of purchase, or refund even after acknowledging the request
I have used @Arise service before and it was fine, after providing him with proof of purchase he would provide you the product that you purchased.
On 1 April I requested an update on his price-list which he did provide .
I then made a purchase for 2 items , and sent him a message to confirm that i have made a payment to his account.
He did not respond.
The following morning ( 2 April ) I sent my proof of payment via my email instead of relying on my bank app.
@Arise acknowledged the proof of payment and told me that we would send the product on that day.
@Arise failed to meet the commitment he made.
On the 3 April I was starting to get worried about my purchase so i asked @Arise what was going on, and he told me that he is waiting for stock
I waited two day for @Arise to tell me that he does not have stock..
I don't understand why @Arise couldn't have told me that he does not have stock.
Or Advise me on which day to make this purchase.
Because of this delay i told @Arise to give a refund, which he acknowledged
I HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE SATURDAY FOR REFUND
