Any advice on getting into the drone surveying industry?

Hi all,

I recently got my RPL and I have been having hard time getting into the drone surveying industry, I don't have any prior experience however I do have a PPL (due for renewal) so I have manned flight experience. If anyone has some advice or can help point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it, I am open to internships or anything really, preferably not security related though.
