OP or the dogs?also - please don't breed
AFAIK you're not allowed to sell animals in marketplace or buy and sell groupsI think Facebook is a more fitting place for this.
There are groups for each type of dog breed and a much bigger pool of clients
Not in the sense of posting as a buy sell format no.AFAIK you're not allowed to sell animals in marketplace or buy and sell groups
Im interested to hear more about why breeding dogs is wrong?also - please don't breed

If there is a market for "willing buyer" "willing seller" - All checks are vetted, potential buyers want guarantees that a breeder is not running a puppy mill and is registered i see no reason why people should have an issue with people selling as breeders. The shelters are full because of the people that want dogs but dont look after them. If buyers are vetted there should be no issue. Any breeder with half a brain knows who to sell to......
Because there are drivers that drink on the road we are not banning driving....
Your take on drugs vs pets is really funny... thank you for the chuckleSo basically then...
If there is a market for "willing buyer" "willing seller" - All checks are vetted, potential buyers want guarantees that a supplier is not involved in illegal activities and is registered, I see no reason why people should have an issue with individuals selling methamphetamine. The prisons are overcrowded because of the people who desire meth but don't handle their consumption responsibly. If buyers are properly screened, there should be no issue. Any supplier with half a brain knows who to sell to...

Interestingly the shelters, who don't (really) get paid when someone adopts a dog, often take a much tougher stance on vetting prospective adopters. I've heard of lots of people really struggling to meet standards or even getting rejected when trying to adopt.I have never heard of people really giving a dam about vetting who they sell to. They sell to who ever is willing to give cash.
Money talks...
That's because most shelters actually give a shit.Interestingly the shelters, who don't (really) get paid when someone adopts a dog, often take a much tougher stance on vetting prospective adopters. Yea. All my animals are from either the SPCA, boarding school(I was asked to hold a box while they got in a car and left, box had a wild kitten inside) or FORA. Every time they shceduled a inspection of the property and it takes a few days. Then if the animals need to be neutered of spayed, they do that as well as some shots if needed. I pay the money which was like R1800 for the latest doggy(my bestest boi who is sleeping right next to my bed right now)Interestingly the shelters, who don't (really) get paid when someone adopts a dog, often take a much tougher stance on vetting prospective adopters. If you want a specific breed, there are often rescue centres that specialise in a specific breed. E.g. if you go on Facebook and search "Rottweiler rescue" you can see if there's one near you.Yea. I would like to have a rotti one day but besides the cost of a purebred puppy, I don't think I could ever trust breeders to be honest. It's probably unwarranted but I assume that the majority of breeders inbreed their dogs.
Also to add to it. A friend's mother is big into boerebulls and the last three puppies she got died from various problems within 2 years of age. Vet told them all the problems were from inbreeding and all three puppies were from different breeders and came with certificates and all that jazz.

Just make sure you know the background of any rottie or boerbull you get. I hear what you're saying about inbreeding but at the same time uncontrolled breeding has its own issues.Yea.
