Condition: Far. It has a bit of a water stain on the counter. We've always had a throw over 8, never really been an issue. There are 8 leather bound chairs. One or two have a bit of wear on the leather surface, a bit cracked, but still soft and comfy. If you buy seat covers at MrP for R150 each you're sorted, but we have never really worried about it. The chairs are great and the table is lovely and big. Table is 1.8m in diameter
