About The Damage
CPU Cooler -
1 Mounting Clip broken, So weak mounting force but still keeps pentium temps safe
Motherboard -
Power on circuit damaged (Nothing to do with power in the board, Only the circuit the switches pc on and off.)
Fault = If the motherboard is not connected to power for about 20 min, It enters a safe state and will not power on until all remaining power in the board drains. (so you have to unplug your pc for + - 6 to 8 hours) for a certain capacitor to drain completely, And the 6 to 8 hours only starts once you unplug the pc. After this period, you can plug the cable into the PSU and the pc turns on instantly.
Fix =
Having a UPS or a Decent power supply. Basically, as long as the motherboard has a tiny bit of power from your power supply capacitors, It will keep it powered through the 2 Hours and 30 min load shedding. So if you have load shedding and unplug all USB Devices / Cables. (Even with the pc off, these will drain the power in your power supply, Which causes the motherboard to lose power and enter safe state till all power is drained). So unplugging all cables during load shedding, Will allow the motherboard to turn on after 2 hours as long as your PSU hold enough in its capacitors. It's a little scuffed, but it works fine when running.
