3D Printing.. where you guys at!!!

I hope some one will be able to help me...
I bought a Creality Ender 3 V2 Dual Z-Axiz printer from a Carbie, and I cannot get the thing setup.
I don't doubt that the seller had it working fine, I am the muggle. He is hundreds of kilo's away so i cannot drive there for this potentially quick fix.
It has a dual z-axiz upgrade.

When i put it together, I switched it on and selected the auto homing option, and only the bed moves front to back, the horizontal axis can move left to right, but the horizontal arm doesn't move up or down, ever.

Any advice will be so great.
Ultimately, I think I will either have to send this to someone or a company to sort out, or offer to pay someone to come to me and sort it out.
I have ordered the SD card and PETG filament, but it seems like the printer has an issue that I am too dumb to solve.

Whilst the device is off, where you have the dual gears for the Z axes ( up and down movement ),

At the bottom where the gears are which hold the thread, turn those both the same direction and see if the Z axis centre bar starts going up or down,

It could be that you havent plugged the cable in properly that it wont power those motors maybe?

Or you have the wheel carriages to tight that the motors cant turn the thread which would make the Z axis go up

Good afternoon, all. I am looking for someone to print me the following if possible?

I've tried, cannot get it sorted Mr Soprano... :)
Looking for a repair/maintenance store in Cape Town to take it to for calibration. Does anyone know of a store or a person who can align this for me?

So , with the device off, you are unable to raise the X axis up and down, so it wont move at all like it completely tight and wont budge?

Just trying to gather if you have overtightened it thats why it wont budge, aswell also

Silly question,

But when you say you put it together, did you manually try level the bed,

Ie: tighten the wheels under heat bed and use a piece of paper method to level the bed, and then in the settings click auto home?

If you were closer i would have a look, as have same machine, but not with Dual axis,

Sure there some friendly CPT guys close whom could help out

Oh no, i didnt use that sequence at all. Geez, okay, I am going to try that.

I put it all together, switched it on, clicked the auto home button, and got the error. Let me try what you posted, thanks big guy.

Ye....

Think that is the problem, the bed hasnt been leveled properly, thats why its causing problems,

Check this guide and try again

My guy, i will do this in the morning and get back to you, thank you so much for the guidance so far.
