I had pretty much a prefect order experience with this vendor.
I just want to point out that what you are doing is illegal, these designs are downloaded under a Creative Commons - Attribution - Non Commercial license that clearly states you may use these designs for personal use and not commercial. Don't be that guy trying to profit off of other peoples work.
Just to let everyone know that you will see a slight increase in pricing, all my prints include shipping for ease of ordering. I can no longer use my existing shipping agent so courier fee will increase. So the increase you see is not for the actual printing, just the courier costs! If you order more prints it'll still work out very economical versus other 3D printers.
Apologies to those that got delayed shipping because of this transition. Came as a surprise and unfortunately my service levels took a hit. From Tuesday things will be back to normal
