NOTE: Batteries properly disposed of each, both were working before batteries got old and basically only ran for a minute.

I would hate to see things like this going straight to e-waste. Wanted to refurbish the UPSs but got an inverter system instead.
Not expecting anyone to pay forward although that is apparently the rules.
Also if it is refurbished (batteries added etc, I would not mind it being sold on here, since time/effort/new batteries is put into making it work), hence that rule can be ignored from my side.

You could always move the thread to the appropriate section and change it to a Give-away
That way anyone could take it for free and resell in the case that they refurbish it.

Just saying. I'm not taking any of the items.
