The kit in the pic you posted is a custom loop, looks to be a XSPC reservoir either a 720 res/pump combo or the D5 version, not sure on the radiator brand and the CPU block is possibly a Phobya block but cant see to clearly, also not sure what the loop is connected to at the bottom of the case...

why a power LED?? are the Vandals your putting on not going to have the ring LED? those can be connected to the mobo power LED header, although i would suggest connecting them directly to 12V the mobo header is only 3.something volts so the vandal isn't so bright, when connected to 12V they nice...

File it (round file for the corners), once you on the line give it a bit of a sanding just to smooth it, best tool i can think of for cutting it out is a scroll saw, so glad i got one, super useful!!

OTC, have you checked your local builders, mine stocks 3mm plexi and is fairly cheap, the 3mm would probably hold up better to being screwed.. heh.. being screwed.. :-p

You will see when you fit the blocker, it has a channel along the bottom so it comes through the hole, through the channel the blocker creates and into the res on the right, the water doesn't really mix with the water in the left res, I took the plug in the bottom out but didn't use the blocker
