Easyequities would be your best starting point imo. Sure there is the whole hassle of emailing your documents and exchanging your R into $ but you do get a goodish access to american shares and it's not too complicated.

you need an asus (or asrock but lower/difficult clocking) z170 and even if they sell the i7 6700 ES aka i7 6400t es, its gonna be much more than 50 USD if you want a good stepping - easily 600yuan ~ 100USD? but ya i have one and it's performing the same as 6700 nonk - great value for money imo
