Unavailable to post feedback on a good service I received. It says i must write in comments even when I have already written something there. Am I doing something wrong? Is there something I should know?

The previous gentleman who helped me get my Ram was very helpful, he packed my product to perfection and gave me all the help/advice I needed and more. I am unable to give him any status at all. It's a shame for all his efforts. I tried about 5 times over until I was certain I did it in the correct way. Even took screenshots of the failure
