There should be a edit profile banner button when you view your profile, but I don't see it on your account when I investigated the issue, I'm not sure why not. I also deleted your existing one to see if that forces the button to appear, but nothing.

Anyway you are welcome to email me (vivception@carbonite.co.za) the banner and I will upload it for you

EDIT: Seems like only VIP/Resellers can do that themselves, so email me or buy a VIP sub
