So this graphics card has been in my daily driver for many years now.
I bought it back in 2019 from a guy on Carb who failed to disclose to me that it was mined with. I got the card and it was set to the mining BIOS (this card is dual BIOS) but started having a hanging issue under heavy gaming loads. Temps weren't an issue, I repasted it and still no luck. I then realized that by downclocking the memory to 1900mhz from 2000mhz in AMD drivers (very easy to do) it works 100%, no hanging, no issues, and still benchmarks exactly on average (~52%) for a RX 580 according to gpu.userbenchmark.com.
I recently got a second monitor and with it plugged in it flickers every ten seconds or so. I tried reinstalling the drivers and several fixes but no luck. I hear this might be BIOS-related? But I've decided it's time for an upgrade anyway and bought myself another card.
I'm happy to have high iTrader Carbies test it before making payment if they want to.
