There's no specific expiry date mentioned in the email you get from MS.

Safest option is to wait until April, if you do redeem now it would just extend your current sub.
Note this is only valid for SA accounts, if you took the deal in another currency or your account is based in another country(behind a VPN included) it will fail to redeem.
