Wootbooks aren't new, but I do believe the latest models especially with AMD's AI* capable 8040 series are a win like no other. For R32K you're not likely to find a matching configuration for anything close to the money. RTX 4070, 32GB DDR5, 1TB Gen4 NVme, a 240Hz IPS display and lots of tunability for even more performance from the GPU and CPU. If you're not attached to brands or labels, this is the one I'd go for.
