Why the hate for Renault?

I have a Kwid rental this weekend. I would not wish this car on my worst enemy.

Hey if you want saucy stories I have plenty of those. Like the figo I'm driving right now where I found out a year after I got it the previous owner "Fixed the airbags" by snipping off the light in the console.

I'm not making a mistake like that again.

Honestly I have no idea how this car is not a code 3.
I'm sure money changed hands under the table somewhere.

Buying second hand cars these days is getting more and more sketchy. Okes will do anything to make a dime.

The Renaults parts are quite expensive and hard to come by, As I dont buy new cars this factors in for me.

They dont seem to be too bad as a few guys I race with have Renaults and they very rarely suffer mechanical failures. But for me the KWID is a pos much like the Etios from Toyota, I10, UP from Vw, Datsun.

Id honestly look at getting a better car even if its older and has more mileage.

I'll have you know that classing an UP in with the rest of this is a shame.

It's a fantastic car, been dailying one for a while and only had the clutch fixed under warranty due to a fault.

The Up is definitely a step above those mentioned.
My Up has : Cruise control, heated seats and a panoramic sunroof.
I have spent 10 mins inside a Kwid, its definitely the more "Budget" option.
