hoping you could possibly give an estimate on this, but how much (if possible) would it be for something like the shell of a PSU?

let's go with say a 3mm thickness at like a 25% fill (not the inside of the cover where PSU innards would be )

Its kinda hard without the file but it would probably be around a 4 hour print. At R40 an hour that's R160 and then about R20 for filament.

OK so if I understand this right, the mount you have currently is the right one for your Garmin "speedometer" and you want to incorporate your light into a single unit?

That's not a bad one but would prefer one that goes inside a bit and you can put the mesh covers with dust filters in front
