Support Website freezing on Chrome

While viewing the website on Chrome, my entire browser frequently freezes. I don't experience this on any other website on Chrome.
Is the website moving away from Chrome? I also check my RAM usage during the freeze, only 100mb used so it's not a RAM issue.
Any way to resolve this?

I use Chrome everyday and not experiencing any issues with Carbonite

The website views fine on Firefox and even Internet Explorer, I only seem to experience this on Chrome.
I'll try using Chrome at home and see if I experience the same issues, as I'm trying to use it at work on a:
10100t
8gm RAM
Windows 10 Pro
