I am looking for an LGA 775 motherboard. It should be compatible with an Intel Pentium 3.0Ghz Hyperthreading CPU.Full CPU specs here (800mhz FSB, 1MB cache)

Also, for as close or direct replacement to the MS(i) 7254 motherboard. This is a custom mobo made for HP and shipped with HP DX2200 solutions.
Memory compatibility: DDR2 667mhz

Minimum 2XSATA required on the prospective mobo.
PCI express slot required as well (for 7600GT)
