I don't think 4K 144Hz is available currently, but these are your cheapest options if you want to buy from those stores yourself:

Just for interest... the Dell S2716DG is a 144hz panel, not 165hz.

Going for Mark's monitor that he is selling.

Bit of a cheat on their behalf. The screen was R8500 yesterday and R8299 today on the daily special marked down from R9000+

Im honestly starting to think that once a few people browse for a certain item on Takealot it automatically gets added to the daily deals with a slight mark down.
