Hi. I've not activated any of these on Steam. For everyone's visibility, I have gone through all the games you asked about; they all have CD-keys included except for these:

- Grand Theft Auto 3
- Grand Theft Auto San Andreas
- Marvel Ultimate Alliance
- The Elder Scrolls Oblivion

These four are all in their original packaging though so I'm honestly a bit stumped why there aren't keys. I'll look for an old DVD drive somewhere that I can plug into my machine as I don't have one currently, and see if it asks for a key if I try install them. Will update with results either tonight or tomorrow after work when I've got the time.
