V20z server with one AMD Opteron CPU, 4GB memory, 2 x 73GB SCSI disks, DVD Rom and stiffy drive, integrated RAID and service processor.

Edit: Adding a 2nd server same as above, but with no disks, PSU or memory.

Awkward but fair question. As it's an old generation tech, things like PCI-X vs PCIe, the value is for those that would like to play with it. At this stage it's value is ito spares or toys. So make it ~R500 to 1k ... with leeway either way and still call it fair.
