Yes, BUT someone with an amd will have to register it on the buyers Origin account if the buyer does not have an amd

Ok and is it only applicable to AMD graphics or would an AMD cpu work too? Sorry I tried getting answers of Google but web at work is restricted

I have programmed an application previously to check pc hardware so it possible that they check for cpu or motherboard id's

nevermind... lack of coffee speaking.
Both require a hardware check to redeeem against AMD Rewards profile, after which you can sign into the AMD Rewards profile on any pc to activate the key against whatever account.

Can i redeem the code and then give the code that i received from amdrewards to anyone or is it linked to that account used for amdrewards?

It's linked to the account.
So you don't actually get a physical key.
Once the key is available you get a prompt to activate the key against probably a Uplay account in Div2's case.
This will then allow you to sign into your Uplay account and activate the key on there.

Sooo... I'm assuming the best way to activate this product key would be through a remote desktop where the buyer will be inserting all their information so that i can't really see anything of their login details?

Physically being there would probably work as well though...

I think once the redemption process has been done and the token has been assigned to a amd rewards program using the required hardware, i doubt u'll be forced to validate again once the key is available?

Just my thoughts.

FYI you don't need a AMD gpu to claim it. You do need to log in via uplay through the AMD rewards site so the buyer will have to share his uplay details or TV

AFAIK you actually need the AMD Gpu in your system to claim it. It check and verifies your hardware. Not like the old school just enter the code provided. Think this has been verified by a few members already

Mmm.. Ok there's 2 steps.

1st step is to enter the coupon code on the AMD rewards site. I did this with my GTX 1070 installed.

2nd step was when they approved my coupon and I claimed the game on my uplay through the AMD rewards website and I did this with my 1070. The Rx570 I bought was never installed on my machine

Seems there is conflicting information then. As everyone else said that they verify your hardware

You need to verify your hardware when you redeem the promo code which adds the games to your AMD Rewards profile.
After this you can just sign into your AMD Rewards profile on any pc and redeem the games on the relevant platform.

Aaaaahhhh ok wait. There is a step I missed. The place where I bought it had a process where i email them the invoice and GPU SN.. So they then the verification part and I just got the coupon. Once I got the coupon code that I can enter into the amd rewards website, that doesn't require physical hardware..

Yes, but most of the codes the guys are selling here have not been verified by the hardware it seems.

FYI, people can't PM you. You need to change your profile settings
