Just an update for you regarding the Warranty, It is 1 year. The 2 year warranty is applicable only if you live in the EU.
I have just gone through this with my TS-PC.

Though, it might be a fight. but I see that Evetech has said it's 2 years locally. so you will have to deal with them directly as there are no TM agents in SA
