Age: About 18 months at a guess. Can't be older than 2 years, as they were only released and announced in Q1 2010.

Warranty: Wouldn't count on it, but should theoretically still have balance of 3 years with Intel..

Condition: Excellent - works perfectly - however, the chip suffers from the dreaded "hot i7 930" malady - it runs borderline temperatures with a stock cooler under load, so aftermarket cooling is highly recommended - hence the price.
