Hello all
Can someone advise: my Galaxy S22+ does not have a VoLTE option on my Telkom SIM card.
I have the option to enable WiFi calling, but the SIM doesn't actually use it (it still uses the mobile network even when connected to WiFi - this is really annoying when EG overseas, because normally I would at least be able to make calls when connected to hotel WiFi)
I "upgraded" my SIM card late last year when I signed a contract with Telkom (before this, I was on prepaid and both these functions worked perfectly).
I've been arguing with Telkom that something is wrong on their side but honestly their supports are a bunch of idiots and just keep giving me the same old check box answer of "check this and check that is enabled on your phone".
Any advice on anything specific I can tell them to check on their side?
