No on these, you will need to link it to your cloud account and an app. So you cant access it from an ip address. there are others that are way better for that purpose, we just needed something quick and fast for a family member that was unable to look after there place for 2 weeks

Perhaps you can access them using VLC. I am able to do this with my EZVIZ cameras which are quite similar.

VLC: Open Network Stream e.g. rtsp://admin:[PASSCODE]@IPADDRESS/h264_stream
