Want an office or gaming chair that I can work all day and game all night in.

Budget about 5k max (only if it's really worth it over cheaper options)

Something I wont get super hot and sweaty in. (It's very humid here in Ballito)

I'd like to try something with armrests. (Preferably adjustable)

Any suggestions??

My current chair is old and doesn't have much lower back support and forces me to slouch a bit.
And the butt cushion has basically squashed flat

Don't buy a gaming chair, buy an office chair.

I recommend taking a look at ergotherapy.co.za, the reviews speak for themselves.

If you're willing to pay for a high quality chair its well worth the money.

EDIT: the most expensive chair in the world won't help you if you're posture is retarded. You also MUST get up every now and then and go for a short walk....there is no way around this.

You're not finished once you get the chair -- look up a video on youtube how to setup an office chair correctly w.r.t. ergonomics.
You need to adjust the height correctly ( get a foot rest if it doesn't line up ) and match your elbows to the height of your table. You also need to adjust the lean back to match your preference and most expensive chairs also have adjustable head rests.

If your arm rests are not matching your body height you need to install spacers to raise/lower it, ergotherapy.co.za will send these for free if you ask.
