You cannot connect this directly to a Telkom line.
But with Dual WAN available you can have your fibre as Primary Connection and if it goes down it will automatically switch to backup connection like a LTE Router, so you will always have internet.

Note 2: It has an American plug, so you will have to use a travel adapter.
