Possibly. If the phone supports hosting usb sound adapters, then yes, but you have to plug the dongle in the charge port of the phone and carry the dongle around dangling at the bottom.

You don't have to take a PIF to give one and you don't have to give one to take one.

But in this question it means the end of the PIF line so I don't think it'll be fair
