I started with a Tello and still fly it around the factory to practice my hand-eye coordinator. A month after that I got a spark, love it! Thanks to the Tello that I could get use to flying the first month. Other wise that spark would have been in a lot of pieces by now. Start cheap because you are going to crash.

If its just for fun, any cheap 2.4GHz should be fine.
If its for photography, could also be 2.4GHz but with a better camera (perhaps electronic stabilized).

But yeah, perhaps start off with a Tello, only issue is that you dont have a controller, which i personally hate.

I love throttle feedback from a remote, and I would also recommend your first drone to have altitude hold.

A friend of myne had a bugs b2w. That or the Bugs B5W or JJPRO x5 are probably the best starter drone out there since they have great flight time and GPS.
