Yeah I don't think that there are many 850's on the market, I've also been looking. You may need to get one from Wootware. Their prices are decent.

Yes I do. They aren't that expensive and the 3D NAND is much better. R300 more isn't premium.

Yes but they aren't as quick. I've seen the other 250 gig SSDs and I know them fairly well. The Samsung SSDs are better. I bought my M100 a while ago and if I was to get a new SSD, I'd get the Samsung at the drop of a hat.
