There are no SA sockets as such for a wall switch. Its a standard size for the light switch 'box' and essentially works the same regardless of US/UK. The region code is misleading and likely speaks more to regulatory compliance. As per initial note - make sure you have a neutral but if you don't you can most times easily run a neutral from the DB (with an electrician if you want to not kill yourself or burn the place down).
