I'd be fine dropping it to R11k to help with shipping cost.
Shipping is going to be a problem though. The fully loaded box's actual weight is 11.5 Kgs, but it's volumetric weight if using something like Postnet is 20 Kgs... which they don't do (thei max is 15 kgs). That will be your problem to solve too however.
