Item: Thermaltake Element V case
Age: Super Old
Price: R0.00 including VAT (this is a joke, it is free)
Warranty: No
Packaging: No
Condition: Very dusty, broken fans and a connector
Location: Cresta, Randburg, JHB
Reason: Changed cases
Shipping: Noooooooo
Collection: Yes
Link: Thermaltake Element V review
Notes: One of the pictures below shows a connector between the side cover and the chassis - this used to have spring loaded pins on which broke off so if you wanted to replace the sidecover fan, you'd need to hard-wire it to something. Also the knob (snigger) on top of the case is there to change fan colours - obviously if you replace the fans you'd need your new fans to support this if you wanted it to continue to work. Similarly the knob controls fan speed. Like I said, the fans are in poor shape. The chassis only comes with three and I think only 1 really runs properly and that is the non-RGB fan on the back. Otherwise it is just basically very dusty and a bit grubby. This chassis could also be used as ballast in a boat. It is that heavy.
FYI
