I have a bit of a hiccup. I got a call from my sales rep advising me not to come fetch my cards just before I arrived there. They have shut down the sales department (and the whole of the branch) as they have a confirmed COVID case, and they need to perform tests before they let their staff work online.

I have confirmation that my stock is there, but unfortunately they cannot let me collect until later today or possibly not today at all For now assume that I won't be able to send cards today. My deepest apologies on this to all my clients. Hoping to sort this out today still if possible.
