Selling a device on behalf of a direct family member is absolutely allowed as long as OP assumes responsibility for it which I believe he would. He clearly states that the phone comes with the charging cable only, I am sure if it had a box and brick it would be noted I am also sure if the phone was locked in any way it would be noted in the condition. If interested PM for pictures as I am sure that not everyone knows how to link photos to the post via imgur or any third party app. Have a pleasant evening Sir
